These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRM and other tools provided by Agent Operating System Hub ("we," "us," or "our") on a monthly recurring subscription basis (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Subscription and Payment

1.1 Subscription: By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified on our website or other applicable platform. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 2.

1.2 Payment: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Payments are due in advance of each subscription period and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided within the Service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
